its interesting how i got my last entry in at midnight so it shows up as the 22nd when its really the 21st to me. oh well. it happens

quick subject change... stephs purse was stolen today (08/21). her license, cell phone, keys, and other such things are all missing. i really hope she finds it. i thought that it was very nice of her to call to say she cant give me a ride to camp tomorrow. i mean, in the middle of her missing-purse crisis she took the time to lemme know that i couldnt get a ride. even tho i already sorta figured that hehe. but still, it was nice. thank god i arranged a new mode of trasportation. otherwise i dont know what id do. andrew baker is once again my savior

another quick subject change... i need to get to country donuts more often. its really good and today was the first time in a long time that ive been there. in fact, i think ive only been there once before. im deprived. speaking of deprived.. i did a lot of stuff this summer that was on my "things ive never done" list. i went to navy pier, i rode the ferris wheel at navy pier, i went to the taste of chicago, i ate at a restaurant downtown, i went to macarroni grill, i went to the air and water show, i went to applebees, and i did a few other things that i just cant remember at the moment. ive never done any of those things before this year. and ive spent more time downtown this year than i have in my entire life. its exciting. i feel like i accomplished a lot this summer. i dont want it to end. id have to say that this is one of the best summers ever!
