ive been a fairly busy girl these past few days. friday was game day, and i always have fun on game day. i love band and i love marching and even tho we lost, i had a blast. we went to IHOP afterwards since steak n shake was overrun with hoffman people. it was a good time.

saturday i went with andrew, troy, and linnea to see the roosevelt jazz band and maynard ferguson. it was awesome!!! ive never been to a concert like that before. i can cross it off of my big long list of things ive never done and places ive never been

sunday (today) i didnt do all that much. i got all of my plans together, did some homework, relaxed a bit... that sort of thing. around maybe 4 or so, sharon and becca stopped by. they bought an umbrella from IKEA for $1, so we took it to freedom park and jumped off of things to see if we would sorta float down to the ground. well we did slow down a bit. in fact, it worked great until becca broke it. hehe. so, not knowing what we should do with our broken umbrella, sharon, becca, and i got back into shares car and started to drive away. what we ended up doing was opening the broken umbrella and throwing it out the window in the direction of some freshman kids that were sitting in a different part of the park. we laughed, drove away, and then realized that one of the kids was walking towards the umbrella. we turned around and asked him if we could have it back after he picked it up. we told him that we just wanted to see what they would do if we threw the umbrella out the window and how theyd react. the kid was quite nice about it, and gave us our umbrella back. then we got some coffee, played some cards, and they went home. later, andrew, troy, and max stopped by. we went to a hockey rink by the library so they could play, but the lights wouldnt turn on. so instead we went to blockbuster in search of an eddie murphy movie, the golden child. well we went to 3 video stores and none of them carried it. troy wanted to go to boston market, but it was closed. we went to dunkun donuts, but there were only 2 different kinds of donuts left and bees were crawling on them. so we went to country donuts. then we drove by BK and saw a bunch of people hanging out by their cars. they looked like they were in a gang. we left cuz we didnt wanna get shot, but troy said that getting shot would make the day complete. i think they're cursed. we had no luck today hehe
