i had a good time today. i pet andrew's pet bird quicksilver a lot. i love playing with him. i'm so excited to be bird watching! i've wanted a pet for so long, and i finally get one for a week :o).
 
dan and i went out to lunch at max & erma's. when we got there, there was absolutely no one there, and we stood at the front door for like 15 minutes before we saw someone that was working in the restaurant that could seat us. we had a really funny gay waiter. i had to make sure i didn't burst out laughing whenever he spoke.
when i got home, i played paper mario until vinnie and jen came to pick me up to go to becca's party. i finally returned her game today, so i figured i'd play it before i lost it.

becca's party was cool. there were some funny happenings. she had a volleyball set up in her backyard, so we went out there to play. dan served a ball that hit one of the poles supporting the net, and broke it in half! becca came outside with masking tape, but that wasn't going to help. then she duct taped it. still didn't help. so she duct taped sticks to the pole. no good. the duct tape, the sticks, a pole hammered into the ground with a croquet mallet, and even MORE duct tape, finally made the support hold the net up again. it was funny.
other than that, i played crocodile dentist, mouse trap, and this game called curses! in which i got to pretend i was a karate master and beat up an invisible enemy. dan george said i did a good job. i also got locked in becca's bathroom!!!! dear god, that was certainly an experience. thanks for the great party becca. happy birthday :-D
