the day didn't start off too good. had a bad morning. had a bad choir experience. wasn't too happy for most of the day, but it seemed to get better as the day went on. i wish this stupid freaking cough would go away! for the love of pete... over a week is way too long to be sounding like a dying cow or some other G.O.D. forsaken creature that resembles my voice and loud coughing tantrums. haven't had a decent night's sleep since before it started. i want my voice back. i want to sleep soundly at night.

i don't seem to have trouble sleeping after school, however. i came home, ate a little, looked at some homework, threw in a good movie, and slept right through all of it. and i mean all of it. laid down on my bed, head hit the pillow, and boom! i'm out. i had a really unusual dream too. in my last post i talked about dances... well i was at one. all of my friends were there. i remember little details like what color dresses the girls were wearing and who went with who, but that's not worth writing out. i will say, however, that some of the pairs of people in my dream surprised me.
we were all in a beautiful, modern room that appeared to be elevated several hundred feet above the ground, and we were standing by the window admiring the view. everyone was dancing on this wonderful wood floor. eric was tapdancing. ???. alrighty. then, for no apparent reason at all, i hopped onto this platform thingy and a car appeared that was supposed to take me.. somewhere. i didn't like the kind of car, so i walked backwards off the platform, walked up again, and got a new one. got in, all of my friends appeared in it too even tho i left everyone on the terrace, and we ended up on a cruise headed towards germany or something. it was kar-azy!
lots of other messed up things were going on too, that was just the plot of the dream. the details were insane. it was like some futuristic fantasy world with all kinds of high tech gizmos, gadgets, toys, and contraptions meant to puzzle me once i woke up.

i really want to have that dance. andrew and jen s seem interested. let's do it!

i slept right through the conventional dinner hours of the day. whoops. i guess i'll make myself something now. my parents still aren't home.

tomorrow: going to see Little Women. should be good. i'm looking forward to it. gagan was talking to me about doing something else that night, so we'll see if i get more details and it develops into a definate plan.
saturday: jazz concert? want to go, need a ride. well, not necessarily. if someone would like to go with me, there's a possibility i can get my parents to take the both of us or however many of us there are. i blew the chance to plan this earlier, so i might not get to go. if i don't, i'll just make some phone calls that night and see if i can find something to do. as vinnie said, one should never stay home on a saturday night.
sunday: SHARE. that's all i got. hopefully something else will come up. any takers?
