i went to see Little Women tonight with vinnie, jess, dg, dk, keelz, and jess's sister. good show. i was laughing at parts that i shouldn't have laughed at, but i couldn't help it. if you saw tim shaw's beard, you would have been laughing too. afterwards we went to steak 'n shake for more fun and unusal conversing and an excellent white chocolate milk shake. of course, who happens to show up? miller! who else? it was amusing. i think he follows us around. he's just always there. we tried to think of ways to bother him, but we couldn't think of anything good, so we kinda just dropped it and went home. fun night.

i need to start writing down fun quotes as they occur. i always hear something really funny, and then forget what it is. it's frustrating. i do remember this one tho:

quote of the day: "well any number could be a 'holy number.' i mean, 1 could be a holy number because there's only one jesus!"
-kevin
*** thanks for reminding me, vinnie ***

jazz sectionals were fun today. the hour went by really fast. we only played two songs: hunting wabbits and high maintenance. no, we didn't just play those two songs because they're PHAT band charts. hunting wabbits was a warm up, and we spent time breaking down high maintenance. it's coming along nicely. i only hope that the other sections are making as much progress as we are.
the saxes are always the last ones to leave the department on friday afternoons. our sectionals go longest. i wonder why that is? oh wait, i know! it's because we're dedicated and awesome and work real hard and actually carry them out for a full hour like they're supposed to be. right?

okay, my sax plug is done. just had to compliment the section and challenge the other ones :o). it's all in fun, and i mean no disrespect. if you're offended, you don't know me very well.

i got my senior pictures today. they're alright. i can't really say if they look good or not because i'm not partial to pictures of myself, but my mom says that i look beautiful in them, so i'm assuming they're decent. i'd be happy to show you if you'd like. just lemme know. i've got lots of wallets to pass out. 3 different poses: one with my sax, my yearbook picture (my music note necklace stands out nicely in it), and another one that it's easier to look at than describe. please tell me when you get your senior pictures! if you have one, i want one. if you're getting one soon, i want one when it comes in =)

jeeze, every post i write is like a frickin novel.
ummm.. hi. i'm robin. today, at 6:17 i got out of bed and proceeded to put in my contacts...
who cares?!?

there's way too much that i want to say right now, so i'll just stop here. until next time..
sleep sweet friends. this is robin, signing off.

you're sweet just like the sun
but what happens when the sun doesn't stay?
the night reminds me when you went away
i don't care,
i don't care
