i love the smell of freshly baked cookies! especially when they're peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. mmmmmmm, yummy. sometimes it's really nice to have the house to myself.

i got my driver's license today!!! i'm so excited! mom's going to call the insurance company tomorrow to get me on the policy, and then i'm all set. hoorah! it's about freaking time, too. i can't wait for my first drive alone in my car. i get chills just thinking about it. when you've waited as long as i have for a driver's license, it becomes a big deal. silly me, i always get worked up over nothing.

phantom of the opera comes out tomorrow! such a great musical. it's a classic. i hope the movie is as great as the play was. i just loved it when the chandelier came crashing down over our heads...
